Radhames Liz and designated infielder Luis Hernandez for assignment.
Liz was 1-5 with a 4.05 earned run average in 11 starts for Norfolk. He is
slated to join the club in Minnesota and make his first start of the season
against the Twins on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old went 0-2 in nine games for Baltimore in 2007.
Hernandez batted .241 (19-for-79) in 36 games for the Orioles this season,
appearing as a second baseman and shortstop.
